Average Designed Wood is a project dedicated to transforming wood into handcrafted pieces inspired by iconic films and characters.
After discovering their work and their passion for turning natural materials into cinematic icons, I was inspired to create a logo concept that reflects both their craftsmanship and the raw beauty of the material they work with.
The concept of the logo is centered around tree bark, one of the most recognizable characteristics of wood and a natural fit for the logo’s visual language. The symbol is built from flowing organic lines that abstract the natural textures found in wood, creating a mark that directly references the material used in their creations.
